Once submitted, our Service Team will contact you with next steps within 36 business hours of submission by email.

In the event you need to send your Easton product in for warranty evaluation, you (the shipper) are responsible for the shipping costs to the FOX/Easton Service Center. If the product(s) is confirmed to be under warranty by the Easton Service Center, Easton will pay the return shipping costs.
