Service and Warranty for Easton Cycling Products is managed through our Fox Factory Service portal.
To submit your service or warranty request follow the following steps.
- Press the Create Service Request button below and be transferred to the Service.ridefox.com website.
- Once you are on the service site, create a new service account or log in using your existing service portal credentials. Note: accounts are a new feature starting March 8th, 2024, to display all of your service history. You will need to create an account even if you have submitted services before March 8th, 2024.
- Once logged in, follow the prompts on the screen, and the Service Team will take care of your request quickly.
