Easton x Cervelo x Steed Dream Build
When the Cervelo R5CX launched, we new that it would make the ultimate cyclocross race rig.
Our friends at Steed Cycles were kind enough to build up this exquisite frameset, utilizing our EC90 SL components to compliment the ultralight frame and a Shimano Ultegra 12 speed build kit.
Featuring our EC90 SL Crankset, EC90 SL Wheelset, Schwalbe X One 33s, Shimano Ultegra 12 Speed and XTR Pedals, the build came together under the watchful eyes of Sam and Geoff in the Steed custom build studio.

Raced through the 2022 season and at the National level during the Canadian Cyclocross National Championships, the rig brought home 2 podiums including 3rd at BC Provincials, 3 top 5’s and two top 10s, including 7th and 6th during the Bear Mountain Canadian Cyclocross Championship and UCI C2 Events.
