Easton Cycling Limited Warranty

 

The Limited Warranty Covers:

 

Easton Cycling’s Limited Warranty policy covers products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase at an authorized dealer or the minimum requirement of the country where the product was purchased, whichever is longer.

 

The Limited Warranty on dropper posts is one (1) year from the date of purchase in North America and two (2) years from the date of purchase in Europe. The Limited Warranty is for the original owner only and a receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for a warranty claim to be approved. This includes products purchased at retail as original equipment on a complete bicycle. The warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or another transferee of the product.

 

We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the duration of this express Limited Warranty. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

 

This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, transportation, alteration or modification, improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance, crash, accident or collision, or other abnormal, excessive or improper use, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

 

Our responsibility for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or loyalty discount, at our sole discretion. Often, in these instances, Easton Cycling may elect to offer a crash replacement or loyalty discount on a replacement product. We want riders to feel good about using our products, especially after one has recently failed. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES AND DAMAGES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE APPLICABLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

 

We want to make sure riders are having the best possible experience with our products, and it is at the discretion of the warranty manager if we help a rider by offering discounted replacement product where not covered by our warranty. To obtain warranty service, please contact Customer Service
